1. Movement direction - first determine the movement direction of the sealing position, such as reciprocating movement, rotational movement, spiral movement or fixed movement.
2. Seal points - for example, determine whether the point of action is a tie rod seal on the inside diameter or a piston seal with a point of action on the outside diameter.
3. Temperature level - Check the original machine manual or evaluate the working temperature based on the actual working environment to determine the required materials. See the following Notes to Production Users for a description of the temperature levels.
4. Pressure level - Check the relevant data in the original machine instruction manual, or infer the working pressure level by observing the softness, hardness and structure of the original seal. For information on pressure levels, see the manufacturer's user precautions below.
5. Size - Most users will choose based on used samples. However, after a period of use, the original size of the seal will be greatly affected by factors such as temperature, pressure, wear and tear. Selection based on samples can only be used as a guide. , a better way is to measure the size of the metal groove where the seal is located, the accuracy will be higher.
